Help Alfega's sister, Harvey flood

I live in Indiana.  My sister, her husand, and their four children live in Houston and were victims of Hurricane Harvey.  Their house was flooded.
I am starting this to help them recover from this disaster.
They will have expenses as they try to clean up and rebuild after the hurricane, and have to rent somewhere else until their house is habitable.
