Help 4 Wife's Surgery & Kids School

Hello Everyone that is reading this. Thank you for coming to this page and Helping Our family.  Over the past year my wife Stephanie has been having pains and issues with her monthly cycles. We do not have insurance because it is too expensive through my work so we've just dealt with it in house. Well we finally went to the OBGYN and after a few tests, they revealed to us that she has 2 cysts on her right ovary that are each 7cm (about 2.75 inches) and 1 cyst on her left ovary that is about 5cm. The doctor told her that she is going to need to have a Laparoscopy which is a scraping of the ovaries and a D and C to check for other things. Since we don't have insurance we will have to pay for the procedure out of pocket which is about $2200. 
While trying to deal with her medical issues our daughters schooling also needs to be payed for. Books and registration need to be paid for before the school year starts on the 15th which is about $1300 since it is a private Christian school. This is the only school that our 11 and 9 year olds have ever gone to. 
We are desperate for everyone's help and are praying to God that He can watch over us and provide for His children.
