Help 2 year old James after struck by a truck

I am James’ grandmother and I am trying to help my son and daughter-in-law have some financial relief during this difficult & heartbreaking situation. The various costs and expenses that have come with this incident are going up day to day. James, my 2-year-old grandson, was in the Oakland Childrens Hospital from 06/13 to 06/30 and is now recovering at home.

While biking with his mom within arms reach, James was beginning to cross the street when the walking sign was turned on and he was hit by a commercial truck's trailer.

Both lower legs were fractured.

Right-hand knuckles were fractured.

Had a concussion.

The helmet was cracked.

Woom 2 Bike was destroyed.

If you can please help them out it would be very much appreciated.
