Help Simba's kidney and heart treatment

Hi. My name is Rose and I am fundraising for Simbarashe Masikati, an 18 year old young man from Gokwe, Zimbabwe. Simba fell ill in 2019 and was diagnosed with glomerulonephritis, a disease of the kidneys, which has caused End Stage Renal Failure. He has also developed Heart Failure as a complication of the Kidney Disease.

Simba is constantly in pain, is hypertensive, and often gets swollen from fluid retention. He receives haemodialysis treatment at Gweru General Hospital twice a week to help his body get rid of dangerous toxins that his kidneys can no longer remove. He also needs several medications and monitoring by Specialists each month.

Simba is full of hope and is keen to resume his education which was disrupted when he fell ill. Remarkably, he took his Ordinary Level exams, by special ministerial approval, in a hospital ward, and passed.

We are appealing for donations to cover Simba's medical treatment costs and help him get a better quality of life and get his dreams back on track to resume his education.
