Heirloom Produce Go Fund Me.

Donation protected
Hello everyone, My name is Ryan West and I have started a Gofund me for a fellow Army Veteran friend Joel and his small business.  Joel is a Bronze Star Recipient along with many other Medals. I was actually roommates with Joel while stationed at Fort.  Hood Texas. We have remained close friends for nearly 15 years.

A storm has damaged/ruined the Heirloom Produce Hoop House.  Joel and his wife raced out into the rain and lightning to save what they could.  It's their small Greenhouse that allows them to get a 2-month jump on the season and essentially helps them provide more food and cleaner produce for families.  Joel is already off to a rough start this year.  Winter has not let up so farmers are already hurting.

$5k estimated loss so far.

My mission is to help Joel take his business to the next level with a new 30'x96' 2,880 sq ft Greenhouse of pure passion and love.  Your small contribution will go to feeding hundreds, hopefully, thousands of local families around Joel's small business.  Our goal is to raise $7k which will cover the cost of the new Greenhouse.

Joel will be able to grow 4 times the amount of produce with the new Greenhouse!!! (Heck ya!)

What's really cool.  Joel will need to hire employees to help manage the new growth. This is such a WIN!

What is Heirloom Produce?

Heirloom Produce is a Veteran owned and family operated small farm in Groveport, Ohio.  They believe in fresh GMO-free produce.
"Quality is extremely important to us."

We are dedicated to sustainable and healthy lifestyles through community gardens, fresh food, and urban farming.

 We specialize in:
Lettuce mixes, salad mixes, radishes, turnips, carrots, tomatoes, microgreens, kale, collard greens, mustard greens, sour gherkin, spinach, arugula, eggplant, beets, peppers, chicken eggs, duck eggs, and quail eggs. All products are available seasonally.

"While we may not be big box retail, we love providing our local resturant's and families with fresh produce. When we aren't in the greenhouse you can catch us at local events with our Heirloom tent, fresh produce, and our little one passing out samples. We want to build long term relationships with our customers and believe one farming family can feed hundreds, and hopefully thousands with a smile and love from our family to yours."
The excitement was very real when we got to this point. All we could think about is our community and how we can help.
"Yea I choose not to grow GMOs because I love my family and friends. The hoop house is used for season extension. I'm able to start my seeds months before with just a little heat at night. I get a 2 month jump on anyone who doesn't have one. Also, you can grow throughout the winter as well, year-round production."
"What truly makes us happy is being able to help others and teaching our little one how to be self-dependent on her food source."
Thank you for taking the time to get to know us. :)

Your contribution is so appreciated. Please follow our fan page and watch us rebuild and grow. When we reach our target goal. We will be updating our fans with pictures and videos of the new Greenhouse.

Thank you so much,
