Hi my name is Heather Bond, I'm a native to Santa Barbara.
I am a health and fitness trainer and motivator who is dedicated to sharing my message of health and fitness to all.
I started training for this amazing 7 day self supported race with my brother about 1 1/2 years ago. At the time we were going to race in the Sahara desert but due to political climate the race got changed to The Atacama Desert this Oct. 5-11, 2014.
My original plans of fundraising has since changed. I am now doing a campaing to say I NEED HELP! I've got my plane ticket Ive got $1500 invested in the race already and I haven't been able to save for the rest.
I want to race with my brother so badly to feel that smile come over our face when we cross that finish line. I am so proud of my brothers journey and any amount will help.
