My adorable little sister (in-law) Heather, has been battling for her life and could use the support of her friends and family!
Heather has suffered from Ulcerative Colitis for many years, being able to maintain a somewhat normal life with medication until one day, her body stopped responding to the meds.
Seems like overnight her normal life was ripped from her and her new normal was now inside Hospital walls. Heather spent a good portion of 2016 in Seattle at The UW Hospital, having 3 major surgeries, she spent much of her time recovering and hoping to return to work and rescuing dogs (anyone who knows Heather knows her biggest worry is saving animals ♡).
Recovery however, has not gone as planned. She is back in Seattle and not doing so well. She has been there again for almost a month, she is in a lot of pain and trying to avoid a very risky surgery. It is time we show her our love and support! Tory (her hubby) is an amazing, supportive husband and unfortunately he can't be in the hospital with her every moment because the bills don't seem to pay themselves. I would love to see everyone come together and help ease a little of their financial burden. If nothing else, to help with travel and stay expenses! Every $5 truly does add up!
