Heat the Chestnut Street Playhouse

Help Chestnut Street Playhouse HEAT UP!

This winter season has already showed us it is a mighty one, and unfortunately - our 20 year old furnace that heats the theater is broken!  

We need to replace the system.

This new system will control heating and cooling in the theater.  With 6 main stage shows and a busy season of events planned - we need to do this project ASAP!  But we need your help!  The estimated cost of this repair will total about $20,000.  

Please donate ANY amount to our cause!  We have made so many improvements to the facility since becoming Chesnut Street Playhouse in 2015: A new roof over our scene shop; the removal of the dilapidated planters at the front of the building; a beautiful new courtyard patio complete with engraved bricks of our supporters - we are doing our best to take care of the essentials so the building can stay operational and safe.....and this is a top priority.  We do not want pipes to burst or any further damage to be done to our beautiful, historic building now that we have made such amazing progress.
