Our five year old Tanecia was born with a Congenital Heart Defect, Hypo Left Heart Syndrome. She has been through multiple heart surgeries and has been awaiting a heart transplant since Dec 2016. Today was truly the BEST MONDAY EVER....we got the call. She has been in surgery for the past 12 hours and now has her new gift. Please keep Tanecia, family and the donor family in your prayers.
