Help Us Mend A Broken Heart!

Lucas and Philip Grosz were born on August 19, 2017 to proud parents Jacob and Hailey. On a routine check-up, it was discovered that Lucas had a heart murmur, which prompted further testing. On September 13, Lucas was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot, a type of congenital heart disease (CHD), in which there are 4 defects of the heart. Lucas will require open heart surgery to fix these defects.  Surgery will occur in the Twin Cities and will require a 2 week hospital stay.  He will also require cardiac monitoring and check-ups for the rest of his life. This is a huge financial burden on this new, young family of 4. Please help us raise money to help alleviate some of this financial stress!
