Hearts For Haley Lester

Attention all who take the time to read this. Haley Lester is in critical condition at St. Francis hospital in Cape Girardeau, Mo. Haley is one heck of a person, a wonderful mother, and she is also a registered nurse at St. Francis. All in all, Haley has proven she is a fighter. This all began when she was diagnosed with Covid-19 approximately 2 weeks ago. The virus produced miniature blood clots in her left lower extremity that eventually led up to 3 inches below her inferior vena cava. After an ultrasound and a CT it was discovered that the clot had grown to 3.5 to 4 feet long! She is currently on blood thinners and basically immobile in order to prevent throwing any clots into her brain, lungs,or heart. They have placed an IVC filter lastFriday and are contemplating on placing a stent this morning as the medication do not seem to be as effective as the physicians and cardiologist had hoped. 

We need prayers, we need good vibes, we need love for this sweet young lady. She has two kiddos at home, she is a single mom, and with all of the medical bills and being out of work for the past 2 weeks and it is unknown how much longer she will be out of work. With this said, I want you all to know Haley is not one to ask for a handout or any type of donation. But she needs it now more than ever! She has always been the person who would give the shirt off her back to clothe another or keep them sheltered. She is a sweetheart and this has really taken a huge toll on her independence and her physical and emotional strength. Thank you all for the continue love, support, and prayers that you have put forth for her and her family.
