A young athlete dies, from sudden cardiac arrest, every 3 days in this country. Sudden cardiac arrest is the leading cause of death in young athletes. Tragically, more than 95% of cardiac arrest victims die before reaching the hospital which means just 1 in 10 U.S. student-athletes who suffer cardiac arrest survives.
Join SilverLakes as we partner with Heartfelt to create awareness and screen the hearts of 200 athletes at no cost to the athletes family.
February 25, 2018, we will have a day of Heartfelt Screenings at Silverlakes. 200 screenings will cost a total of $300,000.
