Heart Warrior Azariah

Azariah John Cornibe was born on August 14, 2021 at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Azariah was diagnosed early with Heterotaxy Syndrome with Left-Atrial Isomerism. He has one of the rarest types of congential heart defects called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome in which he will need multiple open heart surgeries, starting within the first week of life. He is the cutest little warrior and your thoughts and prayers are needed more than anything along his journey. As you can imagine, since CHOP is located 2 hrs from their home, his parents are staying out of town to be with their son. There has been an outpouring of support wanting to help with their expenses as well as Azariah's extensive medical bills, and so this page was created to do so. The family is grateful for all your support and the page will be updated when able.
