Healthy Chelsey

Chelsey Bogenrief is a mom of 2 adorable, young kids under the age of two.  She has the “favorite” youngest sister in a family with 5 big brothers.  She is always laughing and finding joy in life.

Although upbeat and positive, Chelsey has been suffering from severe back pain for about 6 years along with various other health issues.  She was finally able to schedule a surgery to address the problem in her back but when she arrived for her appointment they found that her blood counts were dangerously low.  They were so low, in fact, that they immediately routed her to the ER where she received multiple blood transfusions.  They believe that her body has not been absorbing nutrients for some time and she will need shots and supplements for the rest of her life so that she can maintain a proper blood count balance.  

Chelsey continues to maintain the jovial and positive personality we all know and love.  Even amidst this challenge of physical, financial and family stress, she is happy and hopeful.  Diane has been caring for her children who I know she misses terribly.  Unexpected medical bills are never welcome — especially in the season of life when children, business and life is just beginning.  We are hoping to raise money to help offset the cost of the upcoming medical bills.  This is our way to rally around Chelsey and her family so that she can move toward a healthier future without financial burden.
