Healthcare and Housing for Disabled Trans Woman

my girlfriend is trans and disabled and needs to get out of texas. she is currently surviving a hostile environment with no access to necessary medical care. she is unable to work and on the verge of losing her housing altogether. 

i am helping her move to my city so she can be safe and receive the help she needs, but we cannot afford her moving expenses. this will not be an easy process, but your help will change her life; literally any assistance will go a long, long way.

the costs will entail my girlfriend's travel fare to my city, the transport of her personal belongings, safe and stable housing, hrt and other medical care, and other necessities such as food, clothes, basic furniture, and household goods in order to get by while she becomes established in a new place. none of these things are cheap, and we are doing our best to do things as economically as possible, as our means are very limited. however, expenses add up quickly, and she will not be able to make this very necessary move without support.
