Heal Penny's burst heart!

In the early morning hours on March 1st 2018, my little sister woke up feeling strange. Soon she couldnt feel her legs, and was in tremendous pain. Luckily her son was there with her, and rushed her to the hospital. She had an aneurysm burst in her heart, and was placed on full life support in ICU with organs failing after having emergency open heart surgery. If her son wouldnt have been there, she would have passed away like our mother who passed from a burst aneurysm in the brain. She didnt have anyone to take her to the hospital.
The doctors didn't even think Penny would make it. But, shes a fighter and is thankfully still with us. Her lungs are very sick though, and after three whole weeks battling pneumonia and bronchitis, she is getting a bit better and absorbing oxygen. This week they took her off the sedation, so shes more alert and finally knows where she is. Her neurological system is not helping her get better. Shes scared and in pain, but were just trying to keep her alive. She now has paralysis in her legs. She cant feel them or move them.
We have been together our whole lives. We may be very small but were a close family. She has 5 kids and I have 4 kids. I'm trying to keep the family strong. and take care of all the kids. but this is gonna take alot of time and healing to get through. When ever something happens, I step up to help. If something ever happened to me, my oldest would have to do the same. All of our lives are going to change now, so we can be closer and help take care of her and her kids.
Penny is only 37, so this is unexpected to say the least. When she does get stable enough to leave the ICU, she will need to go to a full time rehabilitation hospital. I don't think the insurance will cover all the intensive care. The certainty of long term care, and the costs associated, is somehing we are all now faced with.
I know there are kind hearted people out there, that are willing to help save a family. Anything you would be kind enough to help us with to survive through this, would be deeply appreciated. Thank you in advance. Bless you all!
