Healing Heroes-Eagle Scout Project

My name is Ian Amhaus and I have set up this account to raise donations to assist me in purchasing supplies for my Eagle Scout project.  My projects is benefiting the Rocky Mountain Hyperbaric Institute 501-(3)(c) non-profit organization called Healing our Heroes in Louisville, CO.

Healing our Heroe's provides hyberbaric oxygen treatment and associated counseling to veteran's whom have experienced traumatic brain injuries during their service.  

Veteran's come from all over the United States for treatment and are also provided lodging at a home near the treatment facility during their stay.  My project will be to construct an exterior patio retreat area (including new concrete patio, railing, landscaping, etc.) to provide veterans a more relaxing stay while receiving treatment here in our lovely State of Colorado.  

I identified this organization and chose this project because I felt that our veterans deserve something like this for all the work and freedom they have given us through their service and many sacrifices.
