No Cost Group Improv games, played alongside others who have experienced loss, will give hope and companionship to people who have experienced loss.
When my Son David died at 10 years of age, improv comedy helped save my life by keeping me in touch with those around me, giving me permission to laugh again, and keeping me open emotionally to deal with my grief.
I have 25+ years experience teaching and performing improv comedy, and I know this can change lives and give people the inspiration they need to help break free of crippling grief, and move forward with their lives.
We are now planning to begin Healing Improv sessions, open to the public, in October of 2013.
