Healing Halsey

4 month old Halsey was rescued by Animal Care & Control from what was described as “one of the worst cases of animal cruelty”. This sweet puppy needs treatment for a fractured skull, jaw and leg. I’d like to see the community help with costs, as well as any costs to fund her a forever loving home.
