He Lost Everything But Hope

You wouldn't be able to tell from speaking with Jon that he is still in a bad situation.  He needs quite a bit of construction done (septic, well drilled, framing, electrical, plumbing....) but has no resources to accomplish these tasks.  Winter accommodations have been made with a plan to start construction in the spring.
