On the morning of Tuesday February 20th we had a catastrophic and life altering fire in our building. The fire started in the basement, roared up the back of the house and penetrated the 1st and 2nd Floors. In my apartment we received significant smoke and water damage forcing us to vacate. Unfortunately the building including our apartment were not insured. This situation has created a financial and domestic emergency for us. We are asking for any financial assistance that you might be able to give to help us resettle in a new place ASAP.
