The Hurricanes Basketball Club program would like to thank you in advance for considering or teammembers for sponsorship. Your sponsorship helps develop student athletes, in an otherwise challenging environment, allowing them to participate in our program by preparing them to graduate middle school, high school, pursue higher education and become positive contributing citizens in their communities.
Lady Hurricanes is an AAAU traveling basketball program for girls with ages ranging from 11 & up. Our web address is www.hurricanesbasketball.com. We are based in Coral Springs, South Florida and our teams play in AAAU and NCAA sanctioned tournaments throughout the state of florida, In addition to the Florida tournaments, our teams have the chance to play in the premier exposure tournaments throughout the United States.
Our goals are to provide young ladies an opportunity to become better basketball players and citizens. This is accomplished through dedicated Coaches teaching fundamental skills and philosophies and by exposing the young ladies to the highest level of competition. The focus of the program is, first and foremost, player development on and off the court and a 3.2 grade point average must also be maintained, we also provide mentoring when and where possible to assist with the student athlete grade point average.
Our vision is to provide necessities for them to play at the college level by helping them academically as well as athletically. We wish to instill the lofty ideals obtained through athletic competition; such as commitment, dedication, and team work.
Your sponsorship will enable opportunity for our youth participant, to travel and partake in a community-based program that seeks to instill high aspirations in tomorrow's leaders/adults. We (Hurricanes Basketball Club, Inc,) are a non-profit organization with a 501(c)7 tax exempt status (EIN# 59-2221219). Your donation will directly benefit the young athlete whom is seeking your sponsorship today. You will assist this student-athlete the opportunity to meet required team membership costs. The program fees include the following: uniforms, gym rental, AAAU and NCAA Membership and Registration, insurance, traveling and tournaments. The costs add up quickly and your support will prove quite substantial to this youth's ambitions.
