My trip to Asia

Please consider funding me to spend this winter in Asia, doing what I’ve been doing for more than 25 years—sharing Jesus with hippie travelers. I’ve now exhausted my personal finances, and, for the first time in many years, I’m having to depend upon the generosity of friends.

My plan is to start in Northern Thailand, joining a community of believers who have a heart for hippie travelers—travelers from all over the globe who come to this remote tropical spot on a spiritual quest. This community evolved from the one I helped begin in San Francisco many years ago. The community centers around Christ-centered devotional practices, inviting hippie friends to participate—and, in the process, meet Christ. I’ll also be helping a dear friend, a recent widow with two small children, who is part of the community. Together, we’ll travel to India at some point, possibly visiting a similar community that I helped start almost ten years ago. (Here's a link for the communities: www.shekinacommunity.com)
