Jacob needs help with medical expenses

Jacob is my amazing son. He was born with a bicuspid aortic valve, and Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE). He also has eplipsey and asthma. Nothing slows this sweet boy down. The problem is I'm a single mom who does not receive child support whom also has an older child (6 years old). As a teacher my salary alone is not enough to provide what Jacob needs as well as my other son. Jacob is now 3 and only drinks Elecare Jr unflavored formula. That is it, no other nutrition enters his body any other way. He also sees a cardiologist, pneumologist, gastrointrologist, neurologist, and allergist. Keeping up with his extensive care routine finds myself falling further and further behind in being able to supply what his growing body needs. His medical bills have mounted and his formula bill is my top priority each month. I'm praying for help with his bills and formula for this sweet child. Jacobs formula bill is $1100.00 a month, insurance will not assist with his formula since he can drink it orally.
