Study Abroad in Tanzania!

Hello! My name is Hayley Decker. I am currently a Junior majoring in Recreation Therapy at The University Of North Carolina at Wilmington. I have an amazing opportunity to study abroad in Tanzania this spring working directly with orphanges and primary schools. I’m thrilled and so very eager to gain the knowledge and skills that will help me when I graduate in 2016. I have known for as long as I can remember that I wanted to work with children. Recreation Therapy gives me the ability to make a difference in their lives. I think traveling and experiencing other countries and cultures will only make me a better person and a better therapist.
My parents have worked so very hard to help put me through college and I want to take some of the burden off of them. I am hoping my savings along with your donations might make that happen! Please consider a small investment in my future. I promise I will put it to good use!
