Hayleigh's Helping Hands
Donation protected
My name is Hayleigh. I am 19 and started Hayleigh's Helping Hands in 2012, after fracturing my back at a gymnastics competition. After traveling to and from the hospital, I decided I wanted to do something for the children in the hospitals who were there for the holiday. So I began making Easter baskets. In 2012, I started with just 50. This year I will be delivering [phone redacted]. But not only to the hospitals, but also to shelters. And for the second year, I have also decided to provide baskets for every child participating in the Special Needs Egg Hunt that will be put on by the St. Charles County Police Department in March. Because I am only 19, and do this on my own, I am looking for donations. I still needs to purchase 200 coloring books and crayons, 200 bubbles, toothbrushes and toothpaste, and 375 cellophane basket bags. If you'd like to help out, please consider donating. We are also in need of a storage unit to keep things in all year. I would like to get everything purchased by March 15, so that when I am home, I can work on putting the baskets together. Thank you.
