Hayes & Harper Cooley Scholarship
Donation protected
On Feb. 12th Frances was shot multiple times in her abdomen. She passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 21st leaving behind her son Hayes Cooley, and daughter Harper Joan Cooley.
The love Frances had for her children was paramount. They were her pride and joy, and every moment of her time was spent vested in their hopes and dreams and their future. The best way for us all to honor her and her lovely memory is to continue loving and supporting Hayes and Harper in this time of loss, and ensure that their future and their education is secure. Donations to Hayes and Harper Joan Cooley’s Scholarship fund may be made through this site or at any Navy Federal Credit Union branch. May we continue to love, support and nurture these children and continue as Frances would to support their future, their hopes, and their education by investing in their future.
