Have a Heart for Tom Hoover

Early last week, on his way to visit a friend in the hospital, Tom Hoover realized that he needed to detour to the Emergency Room, as he was having a heart attack.

Tom had emergency surgery, with three stents placed in his arteries. His recovery is going well, his spirits are high, but he faces months of rehab to ensure his full recovery and minimize the risk of another heart attack.

is the possibility that Tom lives into and has fulfilled in his daily life. Tom has poured his heart into making a difference for others via his participation with local non-profits. Tom has served as Board President of Habitat for Humanity/Valley of the Sun, and as a Board Member, Past President and Mentor for Greater Phoenix Youth at Risk. 

Tom also volunteers as an Introduction Leader for Landmark Worldwide, contributing countless hours inside his commitment to people living lives they love, and living them powerfully.

I've met a lot of great people in my life, but none are more generous, giving and selfless than Tom. Tom was already facing serious financial challenges before this emergency. He has lost income, and will be facing significant medical bills as he moves forward with his rehab.

Today is an opportunity for our community to give back to someone who has been a beacon of possibility for those less fortunate.
