Harvey's Surgery Recovery Fund

Please help my boyfriend in making a smooth and safe recovery from his recent surgery and in getting the follow up care he needs. 

Just one week after his gender confirmation top surgery in Portland, Harvey was admitted to the ER back home in Las Vegas for emergency kidney stone lithotripsy (laser treatment).

The surgeon found an impressively large 10 millimeter stone which was causing him immense pain. This was misdiagnosed by the nursing staff in the hospital he was previously admitted to in Portland as a 3mm stone that would pass on its own. This misdiagnosis caused a urinary tract infection to develop due to the 10mm blockage in his ureter, further complicating his condition. Following the emergency surgery, a stent was implanted in his ureter which has yet to be removed.

Harvey's insurance is not accepted here in Nevada, which is the reason we originally had to travel to Portland for his GCS. Your support will help us in covering the cost of the ER visit, medication, and outpatient urology care until we can get on a new insurance plan.
