Hartland Fire Surviors- Single mom and 3 children

Hello, I am starting this go fund me in hopes to help out our family friend and neighbor.

Ardita Gashi and her three children were among the survivors of this deadly fire. This single mom and her children have been tenants of this apartment building for the last 13+ years.

Everything they had was destroyed by the fire and smoke. They are not financially stable to recover from this and have been staying with Arditas mom, the kids grandmother in her one bedroom apartment.

I did just want to mention the hero of this story (her son) which is Ariel, the 13 year old boy who heard the explosion across the hall and ran to wake up his older sister (Adela, 15) and his baby sister (Amina, 8). He rushed them out of the apartment through their back door and lead them by the parking lot to safety where he then called his mom. His mom had just punched into work at 5 am. We commend his bravery at such a young age.
