Harris fire tragedy

Donation protected
Patrick Harris a country horse breaker and trainer and was  for the last five days in Coffs Harbour / Glenreagh NSW managing stressed heritage Australian Stock horses away from the raging fires. He was selflessly saving stock on the east coast, his mum Donna was at work in Coonamble when their own home was burnt to the ground.

They are cattle farmers plagued by severe drought for the past 6 years, no rain, no feed but tough Aussies. They have had to shoot stock suffering starvation and have had to rely on what little was left to survive. Still Patrick drove eight hours to help with saving many horses in Coffs Harbour / Glenreagh area.

Now they have nothing left of a much loved farm house , filled with grandmothers antiques that once was home. With no income from the farm they had no way of ever affording insurances and a house fire disaster happened three days ago. Devastating to say the least.

I am making this page for them in the hope you are able to spare a few dollars any amount will be a most appreciated donation to help them to try and rebuild.
My name is Jan Blanchette and Patrick and Donna are friends  from the horse world who immediately came to help with nine stock horse breeding stock and riding pony mare and foal.

Every dollar will help to make a difference to these broken people. Many thanks to  all of you out there reading this tragic story that can help.
