Funeral For Harriet Scarbrough

Momma Scarbrough was a mother to so many.  More than just her 3 boys, she was a mother to anyone who needed one.  My own mother died when I was 7 years old and I was incredibly blessed to gain a mother back when I married Derick 11 years ago.   Harriet Scarbrough was one of the most selfless people I've ever known.  She always gave willingly, as much as she could to others, most times without a concern for herself.  Harriet Scarbrough spent her life caring for her mother in her elder years, her disabled brother, and other family members and friends.  One of the most recent acts of selfless courage was when she borrowed against her own life insurance policy to give her brother Charlie a proper Christian burial when he died in April 2016.  That act, unfortunately, left her with not enough money to get the same burial for herself.  The Scarbrough family needs help giving Harriet the same love and support that she gave to others throughout her life.  Harriet wanted a Christian Burial for herself but we need help meeting her final wishes.  Any amount you choose to give will be a blessing and an incredible way to show Harriet all the love and support that she deserves as we celebrate the spectacular life of this glorious woman on March 16th and 17th.  Please contact Derick Scarbrough for additional information regarding arrangements and how you can help.
