On Saturday, March 3rd, 2018, Heather Ness received the news that no mother wants to hear- Her 24 year old daughter, Harlie Cypher had died unexpectedly. Harlie will not only be missed by her friends, family ( Heather & Jason Ness, Robert Cypher, brothers Carson & Patrick Cypher, countless grandparents, aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins, etc) but her beautiful 2 year old daughter, Ellie.

We have created this page on behalf of Heathers family- Harlie did not have any life or medical insurance, and therefor I am asking our beloved community, friends and family come together to help relieve some of the financial expenses for the funeral as well as for Ellie so that the family can grieve the loss of Harlie.
