Harcel Rosado Family Support Fund

Tragedies strike families and friends every day. When this happens to someone dear to you, a loved one, hopefully it propels you into action. This is precisely why I have started this fund to show love and support to the Rosado family as they grieve the loss of SSG Harcel Rosado.
On April 7, 2018, Harcel was returning from a bike show when the unthinkable happened. Harcel was in a traffic incident that took his life.
Harcel (34) was one of those people who everyone loved. He was kind. He was hard working. He was always upbeat. And more than that, Harcel gave 100% all the time whether that was as a Staff Sergeant in the Army, to his wonderful wife, Sheidy, and their adorable infant son Yathaniel, or to his family and friends. No one was a stranger to Harcel. Everyone benefited from his generosity and grace.
As the pillar in his family, Harcel took care of anyone who needed him. Last year, when the horrific hurricane hit Puerto Rico, Harcel sent for his mother and several other family members to come stay with him and Sheidy while their homes were rebuilt. This was not the only incidence for the extreme kindness he was always quick to show. Harcel and Sheidy have been reached out to many times by various friends and family and always, they have responded with overwhelming love and generosity.
Now it is time for us to reach out to Sheidy. To return to her and Yathaniel that same love, that same consideration, that same grace.
