Happy Days Montessori Childrens House turns 30

Hello Happy Days Family It’s Happy Days Montessori Children’s House’s birthday on the 8th of June!! Can you believe that it’s been 30 wonderful years since we opened the doors to our amazing children! Oh, how much fun and joy we have experienced together as we have nurtured and cherished all of our children at Happy Days! I’m sure we all have treasured memories of the smiles on the children’s faces, the pride they felt when they completed different activities, the sense of camaraderie working with each other - Happy Days children have always been one big happy family! Some of those very children have now come back to teach at Happy Days and others have gone on to have amazing careers and fulfilling life achievements. Due to the impact of the Covid-19 virus on schools and nurseries all around the UK, we’ve been approached by a lot of parents (past and present) who very kindly wanted to donate towards a fund to support the teachers at Happy Days Montessori. Although we are very grateful for their beautiful intentions, we decided that we do not want to accept such donations. Instead, we would like to create this 30th Anniversary Fundraiser to raise funds that will go towards buying new teaching materials for our beloved children so that we can continue to mainatain a school that is of a high level for future generations. So our aim is to raise £1000 for each year that Happy Days has been open. As we celebrate 30 years of smiles and love, we are calling on all past pupils, students, teachers and friends to make a donation towards keeping Happy Days Montessori Children’s House open and at a continuing high standard. Montessori said, “The child is both a hope and a promise for mankind.” (Education and Peace) Let’s keep the educational flame alive for many future generations!
