Fundraiser for Hannah

This is for Hannah. She turns a year on 1/7. She was born with a cleft palate that requires surgery for repair. Due to her cleft palate Hannah has been required to be fed by a feeding tube. The surgeon she is going to is not covered by our insurance and we are required to pay out of pocket.
I don't normally do this sort of thing but Hannah needs this surgery. The surgeon's office informed us the surgery is scheduled for 1/28/2015. The only problem is we are required to pay 4000.00 up front or they won't do the surgery. If anyone can find it in their hearts to help my sweet survivor, I would be forever greatful.
