Hank Hawkin's Medical Expenses

Thank you for taking the time to visit this page! This is the 8th year running for the Mayville (and friends) Holiday Party.  Things are going to be a little different this year - as one of our own is in need!

I'll still ask that you please bring a non-perishable good for donation to the Mayville Food Pantry. Once we've covered the minimal food costs and required donation for the legion space, ALL REMAINING MONETARY DONATIONS, will go to support Hank Hawkins (Kathryn Phillips and Colin Hawkins' Dad and Chris Phillips' father-in-law). 

I don't think there's anyone in Mayville or our surrounding areas that doesn't know Kathryn, Colin, or Hank.  Hank has recently undergone an open heart surgery with LVAD while he waits for a donor match for transplant. Hank had some setbacks post-surgery, but is now home and living with Kathryn and Chris. Hank will be staying with Kathryn and Chris for the forseeable future while he recovers.  Funds will be used for existing and future hospital bills, medical supplies, and homecare assistance while Kathryn and Chris are working (both have full- jobs). 

Anyone who knows Kathryn, knows that she would do anything for anyone in need, but when it comes to herself, rarely asks for help.  I had to convince her to let me do this on her family's behalf and I hope that you will help me in supporting our friends during the holiday season.
