Hands Across the Water

Prepare International, Inc. is an education and cultural exchange program. Our current focus is supporting the Prepare International Cares School located in Minya, a remote village in Ghana, West Africa. We donate uniforms, school supplies, and shoes for the children. We also provide stipends for four teachers and one headmaster, who work solely as volunteers and receive no governmental funding for the school. The stipend helps the teachers and administrator support their own families with food and daily essentials. There are approximately 200 children in the village who are progressing nicely due to the dedication of these five individuals.

On August 4th I will be traveling to Minya. Our goal is to raise $4,000 which will provide stipends for the teachers for 6 months, and much-needed school supplies for the students. We need your support to make this happen and we appreciate contributions of any amount!
