Handicapped Van for Sam

Hi,
My name is Sam. I am 13 years old and I have quadrapalegic cerebral palsy, which makes it hard to control my body. My grandparents have raised me since I was a baby. I call them "Mom" and "Papa." I am asking for some help to purchase a handicapped accessible van with a lift. My favorite thing is taveling the midwest to see my family and friends. It would be fun to take my wheelchair. Right now my mom takes me everywhere using a stroller because we have no way of transporting the wheelchair. I want to be more independent and help my mom so she doesn't need to do so much lifting. I love baseball, bowling, fishing and painting. I love hanging out with my friends and going to the mall. I am active in school activities, and my wheelchair stays at school most of the time. Any help would be much appreciated to fufill my life and make me more independent.
