Handicap van for Anthony Gray

I am Kayla Gray, Anthony Gray's wife. He is a dialysis patient and was having a lot of problems he had some pressure wounds on bottom of feet the one on left foot was worse he went into the hospital November 11th and we found out on the 12th they was gonna have to amputate up to below his knee. They done the amputation and a couple days later he wasn't doing too good and was put into ICU I then found out he had, had some frontal lobe strokes he was out of it didn't know me or anything but with prayers he got better and went to therapy and finally got to come home on December 11th. While in the hospital he got a bedsore on his bottom so he isn't able to transfer from the wheelchair to a vehicle or anything we have to use a lift to get him to bed and back to chair. He had dialysis 3 times a week, goes to wound care every week plus primary Dr, cardiology, orthopedic and all that he has to have transportation to. We have been using MTM(Medical transportation) for transportation to his appointments but it would be so much easier if we had our on way of getting him there. Plus he is stuck in the house all the time besides these appointments and he is getting depressed having to sit at home all the time he would just like to be able to get out and ride or go to store. If God lays it on ur heart to help us out we would really appreciate it if u can't then just keep us in ur prayers!
