Handicap hydraulic bath chair

This is my dad John Mullins. 2 years ago he suffered a 15 inch blood clot in his left leg. He was hospitalized for almost a month at UK and had to have both sides of his leg opened up and left open due to compartment syndrome.  He remained bedridden for a year. During this time he became very weak in his lower extremities and is now unable to walk. He is unable to bath or shower due to being in a wheelchair. For $3,995.00 we can have a hydraulic shower chair that he can pivot out of his wheelchair onto the bath chair and be placed into a tub. Dad hasn't been able to bath or shower for over 6 months. Can you imagine not being able to bathe? He is a US Air Force veteran and unfortunately the VA will not/cannot help us with obtaining this medically necessary chair lift for him. Please help this 79 year old veteran to be able to take a bath. Any amount will help. Please share
