Hand Surgery, Recovery for Andres R

Had a very bad knife accident which resulted in a severed nerve and tendon of the index finger, slicing through the middle finger as well. Andres is in need of emergency hand surgery to reattach his tendon and nerve to be able to regain movement of his index finger again. The cost of his surgery will be anywhere from $3,500 to $5,000 along with physical therapy. He will be going in to have surgery this Friday, August 17th.
