My best friend Torrence needs our help and support. He was brutally attacked during a home invasion and suffered multiple stab wounds to his arms, hands, and abdomen. Torrence is both a loving friend and family member to many. He is a talented athlete known in gyms throughout Oakland for his high intensity defense and amazing ability to get off the ground. He is an accomplished musician, and gifted pianist. His kind heart and generous spirit have been a great blessing to all who know him.

Torrence has a heart of giving and would give the shirt off his back to any one in need. He is a commited member of the worship team of The Re-Genesis Christian Center Family and blesses people with his gift every Sunday. He gives selflessly and is the first to lend a hand to others. Now, he needs our help. Having gone through multiple surgeries, he is going to need months of therapy and rehabilitation in hopes of shooting a basketball or playing the piano again. During this time he cannot work and has no means to provide for even his most basic needs.
