Hambones Mayo Clinic Trip!!!

Jonathan Hamilton is a Coppell Firefighter and a veteran of the US Army.  He is married and has three beautiful daughters.  Hambone, as we call him, has been seeing many doctors and specialists over the last 2 years to try to treat his condition, Hereditary Sensory Neuropathy Disease (HSAN).  His doctors felt the best course of action at this point was to refer him to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.  Hambone has been accepted into the Mayo Clinic and his first appointment is Febuary 28th.  We are trying to collect money for his travel expenses and to help cover some of his co-insurance.
