Halifax Nordic Ski Club is expanding the Nordic facility with snow making capacity at Brunello Estates. The new equipment and facilities will provide more consistent and consecutive ski days in the province.
A new 12000 sq ft training area for drills with a 20’ wide road 400 meters in length has been cleared near the club-house. This Fall, Brunello Estates has been busy creating the training area, adding pipes, drainage and landscaping for the Nordic facility. We will be adding additional piping to deliver the water, through connections, hose and high efficiency snow guns so that when the temperatures drop, Halifax Nordic can make snow for cross country skiing.
