Hello,
Since 2018, I have maintained a citizen-led archive project to collect and preserve the history of video game and interactive art development in Nova Scotia, Canada. I believe much of this history is being overlooked and I wish to protect this part of the province's creative heritage for the future.
By donating, you will be assisting with acquiring and preserving these works, related merchandise, and the resources needed to protect these items.
Examples of how your donation will be used:
- Continued acquisition of physical and digital copies of Nova Scotia-developed video games, interactive artworks, and related merchandise
- The purchase of digital storage devices for the preservation of digital items
- The purchase of digital tools for storage/preservation and physical materials to preserve items (archival-grade bags, boxes, sleeves, etc.)
- Subscription fees for possible archival services (example: Preservica)
Visit the archive website for archive updates and to reach out:
Thank you for your consideration, all donations are greatly appreciated!
