Halie's Transplant

Hello, my name is Halie Mitchell! I'm 25 years old and I have several  issues  wrong with me... first.. I have a blood disorder .  Witch is called Polycythemia vera. In my defense it has worked in my favor...  The 2nd thing that is wrong with me is that I have 3 holes in my heart..  One hole that is much larger than the others.   But with my blood disorder,  A clot has formed around my heart, witch has kept it safe. But one wrong move could be fatal.  I need a new heart. I need my transfusions.  Any donation  helps! Thank you all in advance!
