This precious family needs our help!  I first met Kim in an online fan group dedicated to our favorite show, Supernatural. She was one of the sweetest people I had ever met, always had kind things to say, always with a smile and a "hug" for you. We really started to get close when we both became admins in the group, that was when we started to learn more about each other.  My daughter has a chronic nerve disorder and Kim always took time to check on us every day, and helped me keep my spirits up for my little girl while we were going through some very hard times. At the time, Kim was about 7 months pregnant with twins, and being a full on fangirl (lol) had decided to name her twin boys Sam and Dean.  Not long after, Kim's babies began having some health problems and doctors ordered full bed rest for her while they tried to give the boys enough time to grow healthy and strong enough to come into the world.  She always stayed so positive, mostly due to her love of our show.  She would watch reruns and dvds daily while she waited for her boys to arrive.  Time ran out and they couldn't wait any longer.  Doctors performed an emergency C-section and delivered both boys, Dean first, obviously, and then Sammy.  Their first couple days went well, the boys had some small issues but nothing the doctors felt they couldn't handle. And then all of a sudden Sammy was gone.  One morning we were all in an admin chat oohing and ahhing over our brand new babies that were supposed to be coming home soon, and that afternoon Kimmy came on to tell us he had passed.  Even then she was still so strong, even though she blamed herself, she didn't want us to worry about her, but all our hearts were breaking.  She had waited for these boys for so long, decorated their nursery for two, bought them matching outfits, and then he was taken from her. No real reason, just all of a sudden gone. Kim was afraid to take her eyes off of Dean, and understandably so.  She didn't leave the hospital for 3 weeks because she couldn't stand to go home to a nursery set up for twins. I remember her saying, I was ready to bring them both home, how can I go into their room with just one baby?  How do I plan a funeral when I should be having a party??  It breaks my heart even now.  Finally, after a month in the hospital, Dean was released to go home.  Kim's husband had hardly taken any time off, they have 5 other children to take care of and paying for an unexpected funeral put a huge strain on the family, both financially and emotionally.  Barely two months after giving birth to twins and losing a son, Kim is trying to work to help keep things going for her family.  The strength and positivity this woman possesses is astounding.  I'm not sure I could survive the death of my child, and here she is, raising her family, giving them everything she's got, with a smile on her face and no doubt in her heart. Kim has NEVER asked for money.  She's never asked for help.  Our admin team is trying to do this without her knowledge, because we're pretty sure her pride wouldn't let her accept help like this from strangers.  But please, if you can, help us help this precious family as they try to recover from the loss of our little angel Sammy...We know he's watching over them from heaven, and as Kim said, one day they'll be reunited and they'll get their happy ending. And believe me, they deserve it.
