Encourage Paul

This week our hearts are breaking for a man close to our community, named Paul. Many of you may know Paul as he is a gentle man who cared for the facilities of Child Hope and his presence and love for his wife inspired many of us. He has a special place in many peoples hearts.
We have received the tragic news that his wife has passed away. She had ongoing medical issues and Paul worked hard to provide for her needs. He is a caring, compassionate, and faithful man that only wants to do what is right. A few days after Paul’s wife passed he came to us with a letter that reflected his humility and kindness. His requests were small, asking only for help to pay for a respectful burial for his wife and a job to provide for his children. His letter states that no amount is too small.
Please join us in helping Paul bury his wife with dignity and respect. The morgue only allows for the body to stay for 15 days before they start charging Paul per day. We want to raise money for the funeral costs and employment expenses to invest in him and his family's future. In Haiti, as in many or most countries, these costs are quite expensive. Our goal is to raise $3000 by this Tuesday, October 6th: $1200 for the funeral costs and the remainder for a job.
