Hai's family in need to pay for food utility bills

I've recently have been let go from my work. I was the sole breadwinner of my family. We thought we were going to be okay but our plans for unemployment check is being delayed. We are also waiting on pulling out our retirement money but they said it would take at lease 2 - 4 weeks to process. We currently just need to get by with some food and utility bills and medications that are necessary. We appreciate anything that will help.
